Analysis of the elections abroad: Both sides charged at the polls

The second round of the overseas presidential elections has been completed. Voting will continue at the customs gates until the evening of April 28. However, the number of votes cast at the borders is expected to remain around 20-30 thousand in the last three days.

In Belgium 71,682 votes were cast in the first round, there was a large increase in votes in the second round and the number rose to 91,783.
