12 properties were put up for sale in 10 provinces
The Privatization Administration of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance will privatize 12 properties in 10 provinces through sales.
The administration’s announcement to investors was published in the Official Gazette.
Accordingly, Afyonkarahisar is the center, Aydın is Kuşadası, Bursa is Karacabey, Erzurum is Palandöken, Gaziantep is Şehitkamil, Istanbul is Kartal, Izmir is Konak, Sakarya is Arifiye, Tunceli is Ovacık and Yalova. Türkiye was put up for sale.
For these real estate, provisional security rights have been set in amounts ranging between 750,000 and 25 million lire, depending on the province and the square meter.
The tenders will be organized by the “negotiation” method, receiving sealed bids from more than one bidder and holding negotiations, and will conclude with an auction to be held with those with whom negotiations are continuing.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE IN THE TENDER?
Individuals and legal entities, groups of joint ventures, cooperatives, foundations, real estate investment funds and associations that have a provision in their documents indicating that they can acquire real estate may participate in the tender.
Investors will be able to bid until November 28 for real estate in Afyonkarahisar and Bursa Karacabey Canbalı, and until November 29 for real estate in the regions of Kurşunlu in Karacabey, Palandöken in Erzurum, Ovacık in Tunceli and Şehitkamil in Gaziantep.
The deadline for submitting offers was set as November 30 for properties in Arifiye of Sakarya, Konak of Izmir, Yalova Central District and Kuşadası of Aydın, and December 7 for properties in Kartal District from Istanbul.
Bidders who will participate in the tenders must obtain separate tender specifications for each property, submit separate offers for each property and personally deliver the offer and the documents required in the tender specifications to the Ziya Gökalp Caddesi No: 80 Kurtuluş/Ankara of the institution . address until 6:00 p.m. on the last day of bidding.
