109 dead in Gaza on first day after ceasefire
The Gaza Health Ministry announced that the number of Palestinians who lost their lives in Israel’s attacks on the blockaded region after the end of the humanitarian pause increased to 109.
Health Ministry spokesperson Ashraf al-Qudra made a statement regarding the losses in the attacks launched by Israel against the Gaza Strip, where its blockade continues. Kudra noted that the death toll in Israel’s attacks on Gaza today rose to 109 and hundreds were injured.
The Gaza Health Ministry announced in the morning that 70 Palestinians were killed in Israeli airstrikes on the Gaza Strip.
IT WAS EXTENDED BY THREE DAYS
The agreement regarding a four-day “humanitarian pause” in the conflicts between Israel and Hamas came into force at 07:00 (08:00 Turkish lira) on Friday, November 24 and was later extended for another 3 days.
IT STARTED AGAIN THIS MORNING
As part of the prisoner exchange agreement reached between Israel and Hamas, 81 Israeli prisoners were released from the Gaza Strip and 240 Palestinian prisoners were released from Israeli prisons.
The Israeli army resumed its attacks against the Gaza Strip this morning, immediately after the end of the “humanitarian pause.” (AA)
