ISRAEL FIRE GAS ON THOSE WHO WAITED

The Israeli army dispersed Palestinians waiting in front of Ofer prison, where 39 Palestinian prisoners, including 24 women and 15 children, were taken to be released, with tear gas bombs. The Palestinians responded by throwing stones at the Israeli forces.

HOW WILL THE EXCHANGE BE CARRIED OUT?

The agreement regarding a four-day humanitarian pause in the fighting between Israel and Hamas came into force on Friday, November 24 at 7:00 a.m. (08:00 GMT). Under the deal, 150 Palestinians in Israeli prisons will be released in exchange for 50 Israeli prisoners held by Hamas. Among the captives to be freed are women and children from both sides.
