Ukraine: Russia launched ballistic missile attack on kyiv
The head of the military administration of the city of Kiev, Sergey Popko, stated in his statement on his social media account that Russia has resumed its missile attack on the capital after a 52-day pause.
Popko stated that the Russian military launched the “Iskander” type ballistic missile towards Kiev at around 08:00, and stated that the missile was destroyed by the air defense system near Kiev and, according to initial determinations, there was no destruction or loss of life. Popko also noted that Russia carried out an attack on kyiv with unmanned aerial vehicles at night.
The head of the military administration of the Odessa region, Oleg Kiper, in his post on his social media account, claimed that Russia attacked the region with missiles and “Shahed” type unmanned aerial vehicles at night.
Kiper stated that the missiles hit the region twice: “The invaders hit a summer house cooperative. 3 people were injured. Port infrastructure was also affected. “Nobody was hurt.” he said. Kiper stated that the Russian military sent unmanned aerial vehicles to the region after the missiles and noted that 4 unmanned aerial vehicles were shot down, there were hits on unused buildings and no injuries were reported.
