Israel bombed the refugee camp again! There are many dead and injured
Israel’s attacks on refugee camps in Gaza, where many civilians take refuge, continue.
It was reported that Israel attacked the Burayj refugee camp with an airstrike today and many people lost their lives.
Qatar-based Al Jazeera television claimed that many buildings were destroyed in the attack and said: “Israel is carrying out a systematic attack on refugee camps.”
Some sources claimed that the death toll was at least 20 and many people were injured. The camera captured images showing people trying to save their relatives from the rubble of the ruins.
VIOLENT ATTACKS AROUND THE JERUSALEM HOSPITAL
Meanwhile, the area around the Jerusalem Hospital in the Gaza Strip has been exposed to Israeli air and artillery fire for hours.
According to information received from local sources, the surroundings of the Jerusalem Hospital, which hosts thousands of displaced people and hundreds of wounded in Gaza, have been the target of dozens of Israeli aerial and artillery fire since the morning hours. Dozens of people were killed and injured in the attacks.
Nibal Fersah, one of the Palestine Red Crescent officials, said: “We don’t know how many people have been killed and injured due to the attacks so far. The situation is very critical. All medical personnel working there are in danger. The occupation forces committed many violations against medical personnel. “We cannot remain silent in the face of this situation,” he said.
Fersah stated that “14 thousand displaced people, mostly children and women, took refuge in the hospital”, stating that every corner of the hospital, including stairs, corridors and spaces, except the intensive care room and the operating room, was full of people.
The cost of Israel’s intense attacks on Gaza since October 7 to the state budget has become clear.
THE COST OF WAR FOR ISRAEL HAS BEEN CLEAR
The Israeli newspaper Yediot Ahronot published news about the Finance Ministry’s expectations for the “cost of the war to the state treasury.”
While the cost of the war to the Israeli budget is estimated to reach 200 billion shekels ($51 billion), it was noted that this amount corresponds to 10 percent of the country’s gross domestic product (GDP).
The news, which included Israel’s expectations about the war situation, stated that “events are expected to continue for 8 months to 1 year, and conflicts, most of which are concentrated in Gaza, will continue.”
The news states that no congestion is expected on the Lebanese border, called the “northern front”, and that 35,000 reserve soldiers will soon enter service and that the events “will not spread to Yemen and Iran.” (AGENCIES)
