Brik predicted that the Israeli army would not be able to “completely destroy” the Palestinian resistance groups even in this long period of time and said: “This situation will be seen as a great victory for Hamas.” he said.

Brik also warned that the intervention in Gaza “could turn into a regional war” and stated that “the air strike must continue” and “the siege must continue for a few months.”
