Ankara’s reaction to Israel giving Gazans time
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs today made a very harsh statement regarding the developments on the Israel-Hamas line…
The Foreign Ministry reacted to Israel’s decision to give time to people living in Gaza by telling them to “go south.” The statement said: “The Israeli army’s announcement that the Palestinian population living in northern Gaza should withdraw to southern Gaza within 24 hours is in no way acceptable.”
In the Ministry’s statement, “The Israeli army’s announcement that the Palestinian population living in northern Gaza should withdraw to southern Gaza within 24 hours is in no way acceptable. “Forcing the 2.5 million residents of Gaza, who have been subjected to indiscriminate shelling for days and who have been deprived of electricity, water and food, to migrate in an extremely limited area is a clear violation of international law and does not takes place in humanity.”
The last part of the statement said: “We hope that Israel will immediately reverse this serious mistake and immediately end its brutal and massive actions against the civilian population in Gaza.”
