Zelensky: We are advancing on all fronts
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy visited Ukrainian soldiers fighting on the fronts in the country’s Donetsk region. Presenting medals and decorations to soldiers during his visit, Zelenskiy said yesterday that he has made progress on all fronts.
Immediately after the visit of the Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu to the centers where Russian soldiers are located, it is worth noting that the President of Ukraine Zelensky went to the front. Zelensky presented medals and awards to the soldiers who fought at Bahmut.
Speaking to the soldiers, Zelenskiy said: “I am honored to be here today and first of all I want to thank you for protecting our state, sovereignty, families, children and Ukraine.” Zelensky then went to the front in the direction of Berdyansk and met the soldiers there.
In his address to the nation after his visit, the Ukrainian leader said: “Our fighters have made progress in all directions and this is a happy day. I had the honor of rewarding our warriors, thanking them personally, shaking their hands. Thank you for all your words of support.” (DHA)
