Cuba sent a medical team of 32 people to Turkey
The Cuban aid team arrived in the country, sent from the airport by Vehbi Esgel Etensel, Turkey’s ambassador in Havana.
Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez shared on his Twitter account: “Cuba, with its humanitarian and self-sacrificing work, will show its solidarity to that nation (Turkey). 32 professionals go to Turkey to support rescue missions and help people.” he had used the phrase.
In the statement made on the Twitter account of the Turkish Embassy in Havana, the Cuban authorities thanked their support and expressed: “We thank Cuba for its support to heal the wounds caused by the earthquakes.” statement was included.

The medical team that arrived in Turkey today was received by the Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba in Ankara, Alejandro F. Díaz Palacios.
