According to the statement from the Directorate of Communications, Egyptian President Sisi, who called President Erdogan on the phone due to the earthquake, wished God’s mercy for those who lost their lives and healing for the injured.

The planes, which contained 26 tons of medicines and medical supplies to be delivered to the earthquake victims, were received by the head of mission of the Egyptian embassy in Ankara, Amr Elhamamy, and other relevant people.
Speaking to Anadolu Agency (AA), Elhamamy said they convey their sincerest condolences to the Turkish people and government on the devastating earthquakes.
Expressing that they are here to do their best on behalf of the Egyptian people and government, Elhamamy said, “We hope this small contribution will help provide medical services to the injured. We hope that the injured will recover as soon as possible. We wish the Turkish people and government all the best in these difficult times.” saying. (AA)
