Netanyahu resigns in Israel
According to Israeli media reports, Hoffman stated in his resignation letter that he “cannot continue in his position in light of the new government’s policies.”
Israel’s Foreign Minister Elie Cohen has reportedly accepted Hoffman’s resignation.
In media reports, it was noted that Hoffman was appointed under former Israeli Prime Minister Yair Lapid.

Yael German, Israel’s ambassador to Paris, resigned on December 29, 2022, when Netanyahu’s government received a vote of confidence from Parliament.
The new government formed by Netanyahu with ultra-religious Jewish and ultra-right parties took office in the last days of 2022.
