Zelensky: The free world has what it takes to stop Russian aggression
In his daily video address to the nation, which he shared at night, Ukraine’s President Zelenskiy stated that he made phone calls with the leaders of some countries to gain support in the ongoing war against Russia.
Zelenskiy, who also spoke by phone with the President of the Council of the European Union (EU), Charles Michel, noted that they discussed the process of Ukraine’s integration into the EU, financial problems and arms support for his country.
Zelenskiy argued that Ukraine’s victory over Russia is of great importance not only for his country, but also for everyone who cares about global democracy and freedom.
Expressing his gratitude to all countries that provided arms aid to Ukraine, Zelenskiy said: “The free world has everything it needs to stop Russian aggression and inflict a historic defeat on the terrorist state.” he said.
– “One feels how the world’s determination to overcome Russian aggression is increasing day by day”
“I DID ABOUT THIRTY INTERVIEWS WITH STATE LEADERS”
Zelenskiy recalled that he had contacts in the US at the end of last year. The Ukrainian leader said that after his visit to the capital Washington, he made phone calls with world leaders and conducted intensive diplomatic traffic.
Zelensky said:
“After my visit to Washington, I had a total of almost thirty meetings (phone calls) with the leaders and representatives of the partner states. You can literally feel the world’s determination to overcome Russian aggression increasing by the day.” )AA)
