Max Verstappen wins the Formula 1 United States Grand Prix

Max Verstappen, the Dutch driver of the Red Bull team, who became Formula 1 world champion for the third consecutive time, also won the United States Grand Prix.

The race at the 5,513-kilometer Circuit of the Americas in Austin, capital of the state of Texas, was held over 56 laps. The United States Grand Prix was held in an organization in which Verstappen was proclaimed world champion for the third consecutive time, after the previous race held in Qatar.
In the race in which Verstappen finished first, Lewis Hamilton (Mercedes) took second place and Lando Norris (McLaren) took third place.

This season, Verstappen has 15 victories, Sergio Pérez (Red Bull) 2 and Carlos Sainz (Ferrari) one. The sixth stage of the season, the Emilia-Romagna Grand Prix, was canceled due to adverse weather conditions.

The twentieth race of the championship, the Mexican Grand Prix, will be held on October 29.
