Manchester United loan Sofia Amrabat from Fiorentina
Manchester United have signed a season-long loan-purchase deal with Fiorentina midfielder Sofyan Amrabat.
United will pay £8.5 million (10 million euros) to lease Amrabat and will have the option to make the deal permanent for £21.4 million (25 million euros).
The 27-year-old is United’s fourth signing, following Fenerbahçe goalkeeper Altay Bayındır, Tottenham left-back Sergio Reguilon and free agent Jonny Evans.

Amrabat United completed the check in Italy and Matt Hargreaves, the club’s director of football negotiations, flew to the country to close the deal. While the midfielder’s future remains uncertain, Fiorentina was not training with the A-team squad.
He was absent from the Fiorentina squad for Thursday’s European Conference League play-off second leg against Rapid Vienna.
The Moroccan player starred in last year’s World Cup, where his country finished fourth, and spent three seasons at Fiorentina, playing 92 games.
