Support for difference payment for fresh tea announced for 2023

The difference in payment support that will be provided to authorized producers for the fresh tea product in 2023 has been determined at 30 kuruş per kilogram.

The Communiqué on Providing Differential Payment Support to Fresh Tea Producers for Fresh Tea Products in 2023, in Accordance with Turkey’s Agricultural Basin Production and Support Model Prepared by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, was published in the Official Gazette and came into force.

The notification establishes the procedures and principles relating to the difference payment aid that will be granted to fresh tea leaves produced and sold in the 2023 production season, which is the basis of the aid, in the specified basins. in the Production and Support Model of the Agricultural Basins of Turkey. list, were regulated.

TO WHOM WILL THE PAYMENT BE MADE?

Accordingly, payments will be made to licensed producers who have applied to public or private sector companies to benefit from support payments for fresh tea products and have renewed their license, and who continue producing in the 2023 production season, and those who produce and sell fresh products.
