According to this; The total number of salaried employees in the industry, construction and commercial services sectors increased by 3 percent in September 2023 compared to the same month a year earlier. Although the number of employees was 14 million 926 thousand 919 people in the same month of the previous year, it rose to 15 million 374 thousand 379 people in September 2023.
By looking at the sub-details of paid employees; In September 2023, the number of paid employees decreased annually by 0.3 percent in the industrial sector, increased by 12.8 percent in the construction sector, and increased by 3.2 percent in the business services sector .
