The Competition Board opened an investigation against four companies operating in the private market for higher education student residences in Giresun.
According to the announcement on the Competition Authority website, the preliminary investigation carried out on the allegation that companies operating in the private higher education student residence market in Giresun Province violated the relevant article of the Law of Protection of Competition by agreeing between them and The Board decided to jointly determine the prices.
By discussing the information, documents and conclusions obtained in the preliminary investigation, the Board found that the conclusions were serious and sufficient and made a decision regarding Piraziz Kuzey Higher Education Girls’ Private Dormitory, Higher Education Girls’ Private Dormitory Onur Higher Education and Piraziz Beyza Higher Education Private Girls’ Dormitory. Sıla Higher Education Girls’ Dormitory and Private Dormitory decided to open an investigation. (AA)
