President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan made statements about the increase in civil servants and retirees.
Responding to journalists’ questions on the plane upon his return from Hungary, Erdoğan stated that the work on civil servant raises will be completed by the end of the month, saying, “Although our civil servants receive these raises, it is not something that will happen. with our retirees. Hopefully, we will take steps that will make them happy,” he said.
‘WE TAKE MEASURES TO SATISFY RETIREDS’
Stating that work with civil servants is currently being carried out by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security and authorized unions, Erdoğan stated that there will be work with retirees together with civil servants.
Erdoğan said: “In fact, the first and second statements were made by my Minister. Our Ministry also continues to work on retirees. While these increases are trickling down to our officers, it is not something that will happen to our retirees. Hopefully, we will take steps that will make them happy,” he said.

“We are aware of the economic problems and difficulties experienced,” Erdogan said, “I listen to the problems and anxieties of our citizens with whom I met. The more they tell us about the measures we have taken, the more they believe that the days ahead will be better.” ”.
Erdogan said: “Our citizens must keep their hearts calm, our economy staff is competent. As a government that has reduced inflation to single digits in Turkey, they should believe that the AKP cadres will reduce inflation to single digits,” he said.
