Migros announced that it has started buying agricultural products from the provinces in the disaster area to support the producers.
Explaining that it purchased approximately 300 tons of Hatay Arsuz lemons, 32 tons of white cabbage, 8 tons of red cabbage, 18 tons of Samandag squash, and approximately 2,000 parsley vines, the company also purchased 5 tons of dry beans in bulk.
Having bought 9 tons of sea fish from İskenderun in the last three weeks, Migros announced that it has bought 15 tons of farmed sea bream fish.

Migros Ticaret A.Åž. Ekmel Baydur, member of the Executive Board in charge of Marketing, stated that they started a “buying campaign” to buy the products that were left in the field because of the earthquake; He explained that they established a base in the region with our teams to quickly detect these purchases on the site and carry out the processes.
Baydur said: “We continue our work in four directions to heal the wounds and contribute to the economy of the region,” Baydur said.
