The rules of the project ‘My first home, my first place of work’ resume
The raffles for lots, which were interrupted by the earthquake, resumed in the projects ‘My First House, My First Place of Work’ and ‘My First Land of Land’, implemented by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change and the Housing Development Directorate (TOKİ).
The first 7 stages of the draws for the ‘My First House, My First Workplace’ and ‘My First Land Land’ projects, announced on September 13, 2022, were completed in 75 provinces.
After the launch of the Quran in Kütahya on February 5, the draw, which was scheduled to be held in Ankara on February 6, was postponed due to the earthquake disaster in Kahramanmaraş.
Suspended draws resumed in Ankara on March 6.
PRIORITY WILL BE GIVEN TO THE PROVINCES AFFECTED BY THE EARTHQUAKE
The ‘My First Home, My First Workplace’ draw will start in İzmir from March 8 to 14 and will continue for 21,219 residences in 5 provinces, namely Afyonkarahisar, Edirne, Kırklareli and Tekirdağ. In the draws for ‘My First Homeland’, priority will be given to the provinces affected by the earthquake.
