Authorization from the Ministry of Commerce to arrange quotas during the claim period
The Ministry of Commerce shall be authorized to temporarily modify the quota restrictions applied in retail trade at the district, province, region or country level in times of disaster and other extraordinary situations, or to impose additional restrictions thereon.
After its publication in the Official Gazette, the “Regulation amending the Regulation on Principles and Standards to Apply in Retail Commerce” entered into force, prepared by the Ministry.
The article entitled “Installation of sales of retail businesses to consumers” was added, which regulates the deadlines for fractioning the regulation.
Accordingly, the Ministry was authorized to temporarily change the limitations of this article at the district, province, region or country level or to impose additional restrictions in times of disaster and other extraordinary situations. (AA)
