The court again ruled Atlasjet bankrupt.

The necessary steps were taken at the first Meeting of Creditors held on February 22, 2023 in the Conference Room of the Bakırköy Courthouse.

FIRST THE MANAGERS, THEN THE EMPLOYEES

After the meeting, lawyer Arif Tuymaz and lawyer Şehnaz Taygur suggested that the creditors should not go to the appeal, and those who did should withdraw by granting a waiver, so as not to waste time, for the Atlasjet workers who could not receive their accounts receivable and were victims.

They stated that the money obtained from the assets sold and converted into cash by the bankruptcy table will be paid first to the lienholders and then mainly to the receivables of the ex-employees.

Bankruptcy board officials have also confirmed that if creditors do not appeal, the bankruptcy will proceed quickly, the decision will be finalized, and the necessary payments from the estate under the control of the executive board can begin as soon as possible. .
