Destici’s urban amnesty proposal awaits in Parliament
Responding to questions from journalists after a press conference he held at Turkey’s Grand National Assembly, BBP Chairman Mustafa Destici said in his February 16 statement: “First of all, as BBP, we are in principle against all zoning amnesties. Destici said: “We did not vote ‘yes’ to any of them. We have always said and expressed that land use plans must be carefully elaborated and meticulous regulations. We have never offered a ‘zoning amnesty’.
