The Ministry of the Interior has determined the price rates of the transport companies that will transport the victims of the earthquake.
The Home Office made arrangements for survivors who wanted to move out of the disaster areas. As a result of consultations with representatives of chambers and actors in the sector, the Ministry sent a circular to the governorates on ‘Fares for the Transportation of Goods in Disaster Zones’. With the circular, it was determined how to calculate the costs of moving houses from disaster areas.
Consequently, the cost of moving goods from one house to another for a house up to 4+1 is on market terms; The transportation of goods from house to house within the city (including 25 kilometers) will be carried out for a maximum of 6,000 TL, including the cost of labor, and a maximum of 9,000 TL, including the cost of labor work, for the transfer of merchandise from one house to another within the provincial limits.
In addition, 10 TL per kilometer (for the part exceeding 25 kilometers) will be added to the amount of 6 thousand TL for intercity freight transportation, as well as destination elevator cost of 1 thousand TL, labor cost of destination of 2 thousand TL and thousand TL driver fee. In case of renting an elevator for transport works; The maximum rental fee for the elevator up to the 10th floor is 1,000 TL, and an additional rental fee of 100 TL will be charged for each floor above this floor.
In this context; In order to ensure the formation of prices under normal market conditions to the governorates in accordance with article 9 of the State of Emergency Law No. 2935, with the exception of free transportation for relief purposes, prices are determined within the 15 percent flexibility band, up or down, within the framework of these rates, taking local conditions into account, and announcing them to the public.
