According to the decision in the duplicate number of the Official Gazette published today, the public administrations of Adana, Adıyaman, Diyarbakır, Gaziantep, Hatay, Kahramanmaraş, Kilis, Malatya, Osmaniye and Şanlıurfa, related to the satisfaction of needs, will participate in the tenders.The direct supply limit has been updated to 5 million TL until February 28, 2023.
Direct contracting is the method in which the needs can be obtained directly by negotiating the technical conditions and the price with the bidders invited by the administration. With this method, there is no obligation to set up a bidding commission and search for various qualification rules.
