Noting that official data shows that milk production has decreased significantly in the period January-December 2022, Gürer said: “Since milk production has decreased, the prices of the products on the shelves have increased. “As animal stocks dwindled, the trader had to collect milk at prices above the recommended price set by the National Dairy Council,” he said.
