Trendyol GO messengers won
After Trendyol Express employees, Trendyol Go couriers also won.
After Trendyol Express employees who carried out contact closure actions to protest low salary increase last year and whose actions resulted in profit, this year Trendyol GO employee couriers initiated contact closure action to protest the low increase in their salaries.
The workers, who met with company managers after their action in Istanbul on January 17 and explained their demands made up of 22 points, met again with Trendyol yesterday.
Courier’s representatives announced that their fight resulted in gains. The representatives claimed that the company made a statement to messengers via zoom after this meeting.

WAIT TIME, PACKAGE QUOTE IMPROVEMENTS
Explaining that it is forbidden to take breaks between 5:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and between 3:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, which are defined as ‘brand new hours’, the workers explained that they cannot even meet their needs for toilet between these hours.
With the arrangement made after the meeting, the employees were entitled to take a break during ‘fire hours’.
Apart from this, it was announced that a quota of 60 packages was introduced during said hours. That is, workers will be able to deliver 60 packages in a week or a month with no time limit.
Announcing that an additional 40 TL will be added to all bonus scales, the employees stated that the mall’s first order fee will be 5 TL more.
TRENDYOL IS EXPECTED TO ANNOUNCE
Emphasizing that the new regulations do not solve all the couriers’ problems, the employees explained that they still had important experience and gained as a result of their joint resistance.
On the other hand, Trendyol is expected to rule in the next few hours regarding the new regulations made after yesterday’s talks.
