Erdogan Signed: Heavenly Lands Public Property Tribute Auction

Public lands, paradise bays, educational and recreational facilities, which are in the most valuable position in Turkey, continue to be sold as tribute auctions within the scope of privatization. AKP President and Chairman Erdoğan approved the sale of 7 most valuable public lands. Erdoğan also approved changes to the pre-sale zoning plans of 3 different real estate within the scope of privatization.

Here are those public lands and real estate:

The 18,466-square-meter building, which houses the Education and Recreation Center of the Ministry of Finance in Muğla Marmaris İçmeler, registered with the Treasury, was fully sold to İşbank for TL 545 million.

2,136/2,500 shares of the 2,500-square-meter real estate in Izmir Cesme, whose ownership is registered with the Treasury, were sold to Cerem Elektronik for TL 31.5 million.

1623/2400 shares of the 2,838 square meter real estate in Izmir Cesme, the property of which is registered with the Treasury, were sold to Cerem Elektronik for TL 55 million 150.

10 thousand 286 square meters of real estate in Tuzla, Istanbul, the ownership of which is registered with the Treasury, was sold to Evren Alkan Joint Venture Group for 48 million TL.

4,290 square meters of real estate in Istanbul, Tuzla, whose property is registered with the Treasury, was sold to Varyapı Varlışaplar İnşaat for TL 24.5 million.

4,878 square meters of real estate in Tuzla, Istanbul, the ownership of which is registered with the Treasury, was sold to Yavuz Doruk for TL 26.6 million.

A part of the 49 decare real estate in Ankara Çankaya, owned by Sümer Holding and registered in the name of the Treasury, was sold to LÖSEV for TL 360 million.

ZONING PLANS WILL BE CHANGED AND SOLD

The property is registered with the Treasury in Aydın Didim Altınkum, on the waterfront of 26,877 square meters of real estate, “Trade and Tourism Area (precedent 0.50, Yencok 2 floors), Daily Teis Area (precedent 0.20, Yencok 5.50 meters), park, parking and road use”. The changes in the plan for presenting the resolutions were approved by President Erdoğan.

President Erdogan approved the change of plan for the real estate of 28,570 square meters in Ankara Çankaya Çayyolu, whose property is registered under the name of Treasury Finance, “Development Housing Area (precedent 1.50, Yençok 15 floors), use decisions Park and highway”.

President Erdoğan approved the change in the plan for the use of “Trade-Tourism-Residence Area) for the real estate located 50 meters from the sea in Balıkesir Edremit Akçay, owned by TCDD.
