Applications for the My New Home Campaign begin tomorrow

Within the scope of the ‘Yeni Evim Housing Financing Program’, financing of up to 5 million lira in Istanbul, up to 3 million lira in Ankara, İzmir, Bursa, Antalya, Mersin and Muğla, and up to 2 million lira for other cities will be possible.

Applications for the programme, announced by Treasury and Finance Minister Nureddin Nebati and Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Minister Murat Kurum, will begin tomorrow.

With the financing model, which will be offered with easy payment for the first 3 years with State support and payment opportunities compatible with household income throughout the term of the loan, it is intended that all 100,000 families have their new homes first hand in the first place.

In the campaign, a maturity difference will be granted from 0.69 percent, a 15-year maturity, a 10 percent down payment, a fee that does not exceed 30 percent of household income, and payment convenience. during the first 3 years.

WHAT RESIDENCES ARE COVERED AND WHO WILL BENEFIT?

With the financing model in question, individuals will be able to own houses in 81 provinces, houses that have been completed and continue at a certain rate, and new projects that have signed a guarantee agreement with banks.

The spouses of the household who want to benefit from the program must not have a house above them and must not have sold a house in the last year. The purchased house will not be sold for 5 years, the new house will be a one-year residency requirement.

Any citizen of the Republic of Turkey, over the age of 18, who is considered suitable by banks for a loan, will be able to benefit from the campaign.

THE APPLICATION CAN BE MADE THROUGH THE WEBSITE

Details of the project will be available on a website that will open from tomorrow, and citizens will be able to apply. Within the scope of the campaign, it is expected to sell 100,000 homes in the first stage.

10% of the price of the house will be paid in advance, being able to pay more if they wish. The projects produced by the General Directorate of Emlak Konut, the projects of companies affiliated with GYODER, İNDER, KONUTDER, İMKON and the Turkish Contractors Association, and all small- and large-scale housing projects produced by companies in all 81 provinces They will be included in this process if they meet the technical and economic criteria.

Citizens who want to own a house in Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Bursa, Antalya, Mersin and Muğla must reside in that city for one year. This condition will not apply in other provinces. (AA)
