Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu statement on the price of the domestic car

TOBB Chairman Hisarcıklıoğlu came to Bursa to attend the opening ceremony of MODEF EXPO 2022 47th International İnegöl Furniture Fair. At the fair, which is held twice a year, 160 manufacturers opened their stands, all of them from the İnegöl company.

Visiting the fairgrounds, Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “Now it has become traditional. MODEF is a place that has established itself in the furniture market both in Turkey and in the world. There is nothing natural to show it to everyone at the fair. I commend both our administrators and our chamber of commerce and industry for this vision. God bless you,” he said.

Speaking about the TOGG national car, Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “We will open the factory together in Gemlik on October 29 with the participation of our president. Good luck to our nation. Charging stations began to be installed everywhere. There will be no problem. It can also be charged at home. It can be charged both at home and on the road,” he said.

When asked about the domestic car price claims, Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “Wait, where did that high price come from before the price was announced?” he replied he.

It was stated that TOGG would enter the 10 percent SCT segment, and its price could be between 900 thousand liras and 1.2 million liras. In the statement issued by TOGG, it was called “Imaginary claims” regarding news such as price lists, pre-order sales campaigns that have emerged in recent days. (DHA)
