Israeli raid on the West Bank: children were killed
Israeli forces reportedly shot and killed two children with live bullets in the occupied West Bank city of Jenin.
The attack by Israeli forces on the northern West Bank city of Jenin continues.
Palestinian sources reported that Israeli forces declared the city of Jenin and the Jenin refugee camp a “closed military zone”, and it was claimed that many Palestinians were detained during the raid.
In a written statement from the Palestinian Ministry of Health, it was noted that Israeli forces shot and killed two Palestinian children with live bullets in Jenin. No further details were given about the slain children.
The Palestinian Red Crescent announced that one of the children killed by Israeli forces was 9 years old.
In the security camera images of the attack you can see that one of the Palestinian children, who was trying to run away from an area, was shot and fell to the ground. The screen reflects the moments in which the Palestinian boy, lying on the ground covered in blood, is carried by a friend in front of a nearby car.
244 Palestinians have been killed in the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem since October 7 in attacks by Israeli forces and Jewish settlers. (AA)
