The Mainz police statement states that a bomb was reported in the building of the German public television channel ZDF in the early hours of the morning.

The statement states that following the notice, the building was evacuated to ensure the safety of employees in the Lerchenberg area and other people in the facility.

The statement states that experts and dogs from the State Criminal Police carried out inspections in the building.

The statement reported that there was no threat in the buildings after the inspection and it was shared that 600 employees began to return to their offices.
