Exciting statement on US welfare border gate
It was reported that the Rafah border gate between Gaza and Egypt, where tons of aid from the world is kept waiting, “will open today for foreigners to leave Gaza.”
The US Embassy in Israel announced in a statement on its social media account that the Rafah border will be opened to allow the departure of foreigners stranded in Gaza.
In the statement: “We received information that the Refah crossing will open at 10 in the morning. “We don’t know how long the border will remain open for foreign nationals to leave Gaza,” he said.
On the other hand, no information was provided on the passage of humanitarian aid sent to Gaza across the border.
Gazans LACK THE MOST BASIC MATERIALS
While the number of Palestinians killed in Israeli attacks on Gaza exceeds 4,000, aid has been waiting for days at Rafah, the only border crossing in the region that is not under Israeli control. UN officials announced that negotiations for the passage of aid had been accelerated.
More than 2 million people living under bombardment in Gaza continue their lives with foreign aid outside of the war. The population, who has been fighting for life or death in the bombed area for 15 days, cannot access the most basic supplies, including water and food.
Israel, which imposed a complete blockade on Gaza, opposed the passage of aid to the region.
