Israeli Defense Minister Gallant addressed members of the Foreign Affairs and Security Committee of the Israeli Parliament at the Defense Ministry headquarters in Tel Aviv.

The Israeli minister stated that “in the second phase they will continue the war with less intensity and will try to eliminate points of Palestinian resistance.”
Gallant noted that the third stage will be “the establishment of a new security system in the Gaza Strip,” and in this context, “the elimination of Israel’s responsibility for daily life there (Gaza) and a new security system for Israeli citizens and in the region surrounding the Gaza Strip. “They will create a reality of security,” she said.
