New military aid sent by the US arrived in Israel

The written statement from the Israeli Ministry of Defense states that the first shipment of armored jeeps sent within the framework of the military aid package assigned by Washington to Tel Aviv was received.

The statement stated that American jeeps were delivered to the Israeli army to replace vehicles damaged in the war, and noted that this was “part of large-scale agreements to increase the Israeli army’s fleet of vehicles for various war scenarios.”

It was reported that so far the Ministry has signed orders for the purchase of vehicles and heavy equipment worth more than 400 million shekels in Israel and abroad.

Israel announced days ago that it was receiving military aid from the United States.

ISRAEL-HAMAS CONFLICT

Hamas’s armed wing, the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, launched a comprehensive attack against Israel on the morning of October 7, dubbed the “Aqsa Flood.” As thousands of rockets were fired from Gaza into Israel, Palestinian armed groups attacked and seized the Beit Hanun-Erez border gate on the Gaza-Israel border.

Armed groups then entered settlements inside Israel from here and the Israeli army launched an attack on the Gaza Strip with dozens of fighter jets.

It was reported that 1,400 Israelis, including 306 soldiers, were killed and 3,968 Israelis were wounded in the attacks carried out from Gaza.

The Palestinian Health Ministry in Gaza announced that 3,785 Palestinians, including 1,524 children, were killed and more than 12,000 people were injured in Israel’s attacks on Gaza.

It was claimed that 73 Palestinians were killed in attacks by Israeli forces and Jewish settlers in the occupied West Bank. 13 journalists lost their lives in Israeli attacks.

In the clashes that began between the Israeli army and Hezbollah on the Lebanese border on October 8, 12 members of Hezbollah, 2 members of Islamic Jihad and 3 civilians, one of whom was a journalist, lost their lives.
