Surprising poll: majority of Israelis blame Netanyahu

According to a survey conducted by the Dialogue Center in Israel among 620 Jews across the country, 86 percent of Israelis held the country’s administration responsible for the attack by Palestinian groups in Gaza. It was reported that 79 percent of these people were government supporters.

While 94 percent of Jews said weak security was caused by the government, 92 percent said the war worried them. 56 percent of Jews who participated in the survey think that Prime Minister Netanyahu should resign after the war started by the Israeli army in Gaza.

It was reported that 28 percent of those who agreed with the idea of ​​the government resigning after the war were also supporters of the current government. Furthermore, 52 percent of Jews surveyed shared the opinion that Defense Minister Yoav Gallant should resign.
