Netanyahu: This is just the beginning
As tension between Israel and the Palestinian group continues, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said: “The airstrikes against Hamas in Gaza are just the beginning.”
Stating that the cruelty of Hamas and the ISIS terrorist organization is the same, Netanyahu said the militants are still in Israel and that a handcuffed child was killed.
Netanyahu affirmed that they will do everything possible for the Israelis held captive in Gaza.
CALL TO PARLIAMENT
The Israeli Prime Minister called parliament and stated that a broad coalition government should be formed.
WHAT HAPPENED BETWEEN ISRAEL AND PALESTINE
Hamas’s military wing, the Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades, announced that they launched a comprehensive attack against Israel called the “Aqsa Flood” on the morning of October 7.
As thousands of rockets were fired from Gaza towards Israel, armed groups entered settlements in the region.
The Israeli army also launched an attack on the Gaza Strip with dozens of fighter jets.
More than 2,500 people lost their lives and thousands were injured in mutual attacks.
GROUND OPERATION CLAIM
Netanyahu was claimed to have told US President Joe Biden that they had no choice but to launch a ground operation in Gaza. Biden apparently did not try to persuade Netanyahu not to launch a ground operation in Gaza.
