Threat of execution by Hamas: we will publish the images
As tension between Israel and Palestinian organizations rises, Hamas’s military wing, the Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades, issued a critical statement.
The spokesman for Hamas’ military wing, the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, Abu Obeida, threatened Israel with executing one Israeli for every house they attacked without warning in the blockaded Gaza Strip.
According to the Hamas statement, Abu Ubeida claimed that Israel carries out “fascist and barbaric bombings of civilian settlements” in attacks on the Gaza Strip.
Stating that Israel “destroyed houses on the heads of civilians without separating women, children and the elderly” in the Gaza Strip, Abu Ubeyde stated that “they will address the enemy who does not understand humanity and morality in the language they understand.” .
Izzeddin al-Qassam Brigades spokesman Abu Ubeyde said:
“In response to this, from now on we will execute one of the enemy’s civilian hostages for each attack that occurs without prior warning against our people who are safe in their homes. We will also publish this with the images of him. We announce this here so that we can hold the Zionists (Israel) accountable in the eyes of the world. “The ball is now in their court.”
