Tense moments in Biden’s speech: ‘Shut up’
US President Joe Biden reacted to the climate activist who interrupted his speech during his speech in Arizona by saying: “If you shut up, I will talk to you after this event.”
According to the New York Post, Biden, who was angry because his speech was interrupted at the event held in memory of former Republican senator John McCain, who died in 2018, scolded the climate activist. The president’s reaction to the unnamed climate activist loudly calling for Biden to “declare a climate emergency” sparked tense moments in the room.
