The Israeli Minister’s visit to Saudi Arabia came after “positive messages” given by Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu regarding negotiations for a normalization agreement between the two. countries.

In his recent interview with Fox television, Bin Salman stated that they were “closer every day” to the normalization agreement with Israel. Netanyahu also stated in his speech at the United Nations (UN) General Assembly that “they are on the verge of a historic agreement with Saudi Arabia.”

Nayef Bandar al-Sudeyri, the first ambassador appointed by Saudi Arabia to Palestine, arrived today in Ramallah, in the occupied West Bank, and presented his letter of credentials to Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas.

The ambassador’s visit was the first official visit by an official Saudi delegation to the Palestinian administration. (AA)
