The Es-Sevde Summits project, which will provide luxury accommodation services to two million visitors throughout the year, will be based on the identity of local civilization in its overall plan designs and will cover 6 main areas in different locations.

According to the details of the master plan, 2,700 hotel rooms, 1,336 residences and 80 thousand square meters of commercial area will be built by 2033.

The first phase of the Cumbres de Es-Sevde master plan is expected to be completed in 2027. The first phase includes the development of 940 hotel rooms, 391 residences and 32 thousand square meters of commercial space.

The As-Sawda Peaks are located in a large forest and mountainous area within the Asir Mountains, which run parallel to the Red Sea in southwestern Saudi Arabia. (AA)
