Giovanni Pietro Barbano, head of the EU Rule of Law Mission in Kosovo (EULEX), also said he was shocked by the attacks on Kosovo police.

“EULEX, as the second security response officer in Kosovo, is busy closely monitoring the situation and, in close coordination with KFOR, stands ready to support Kosovo institutions to the greatest extent possible to preserve stability and security of all their communities,” Barbano said in his post on his social media account.
