The statement also notes that Algeria is “fully willing to provide humanitarian aid at the request of the Kingdom of Morocco and to use all material and humanitarian means in solidarity with the brother Moroccan people.”

On the other hand, the French regions of Occitania, Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur and Corsica announced that they will send 1 million euros of aid to Morocco due to the earthquake.
