CIA spy offer to Russian bureaucrats
The US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) has reiterated its offer to spy on Russian bureaucrats.
CIA Director William Burns said in July that many Russian officials were unhappy with what was happening in their country and with the war in Ukraine, arguing that this situation created a unique opportunity for the CIA to lure the Russians into his side.
In the new video released by the CIA, Russian authorities were told: “We appeal to those who want to tell the truth about this system full of false sycophants.” “I told everyone it was immoral to distort the truth, but those who did it got promoted,” says a wanderer in the Russian city in the video titled “Why I Contacted the CIA: By Myself” in Russian.
“The CIA wants to know the truth about Russia and we are looking for reliable people who know this truth and can tell us about it. Your information may be more valuable than you think. The CIA also described how Russian bureaucrats could communicate with US intelligence.
