Trump returns to X after a two-and-a-half-year hiatus
Going back to social media platform X, which he last shared on January 8, 2021, Trump’s first post read, “Election Interference.” Never give up!” There is a website link that leads to the written criminal record fundraising page.
For months it has been claimed that Trump plans to return to the platform at the right time.
Trump turned himself in on charges of interfering with the results of the 2020 election in the state of Georgia. Trump, who posted bail set at $200,000 in this case, left prison in about 20 minutes.
It was the first time a criminal record photograph had been taken for the arrest record when Trump turned himself in. This practice is the first in the country’s history by a US president.
Following the suspension of the X account, Trump launched the social media app called “Truth Social”. Social media platforms X, YouTube and Facebook had frozen Trump’s accounts on January 6, 2021, due to allegations that he contributed to the events of the congressional raid and fraudulent conduct in the 2020 presidential election.
Trump, on the other hand, founded Trump Media and Technology Group (TMTG) in February 2021 and announced in October that he plans to establish a social media platform called “TRUTH Social” within this company. (AA)
