In a written statement made by the Russian Foreign Ministry, it was stated that action was taken in relation to the “hostile attitude” of the British government towards Russia.

In this context, it was claimed in the statement that British Deputy Defense Minister Annabel Goldie, who was allegedly responsible for delivering cluster munitions to Ukraine, was barred from entering Russia, and that Karim Khan, the Court’s chief prosecutor International Criminal.
