Israel has announced that Paraguay will move its embassy in Israel from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.

TRUMP DECISION CAUSED CRISIS
While Israel unilaterally accepts Jerusalem as its supposed total and unified capital, the Palestinians defend an independent Palestinian state on the 1967 borders with East Jerusalem as its capital.
Former US President Donald Trump recognized Jerusalem as the “capital” of Israel on December 6, 2017, and officially moved his country’s embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem on May 14, 2018.
Paraguay also decided to move its embassy to Jerusalem, but reversed the decision in 2018 after a change of government. The US pressured Paraguay, which decided to move its embassy to Tel Aviv, and Vice President Mike Pence called then-President Mario Abdo Benítez and asked him to revoke his decision.
It is claimed that Honduras, which moved its embassy to Jerusalem, is also on the agenda to take a step back and move its embassy to Tel Aviv again. Some countries have announced that they are considering moving their embassies to Jerusalem, but have not yet taken a step in that direction.
