Impressive photo: Turks form long queues to obtain asylum
Turks ranked first in immigration to Germany and second in asylum applications. Until June this year, those from Syria and Afghanistan shared the first two places, while Turkey was third.
In the first 7 months of 2023, 23,082 Turkish irregular migrants arrived in Germany and applied for asylum. More than that came through legal means.
NOW THERE ARE TURKS DURING ASYLUM
Thus, Türkiye became the champion of immigration to Germany in total. Nearly half of those waiting in line in the camps, where asylum seekers were first admitted to Germany, are now Turks.

According to official data, there has been a significant increase in the number of Turks going to Germany.
The Turks formed a queue in front of the Eisenhüttenstadt camp in Brandenburg, where those who came from Eastern Europe were taken.
Here the first asylum procedures of those in the queue are carried out, including those from Syrian, Afghan and African countries. These queues were previously held by Afghans, Iranians, Syrians, Iraqis, Eritreans and Somalis.
WE PASSED THOSE ESCAPE FROM THE TALIBAN
However, the monthly figures for Turkish immigration started to skyrocket after May. According to official figures from the German Immigration and Refugee Agency; 2,766 Turks in May, 3,506 in June and 3,791 Turks in July applied for asylum in Germany.
In July, 7,566 Syrians and 3,750 Afghans applied for asylum. Thus, since the last month, the Turks have outnumbered those who came from Afghanistan, that is, those who fled from the Taliban.
A total of 189,000 asylum applications arrived in Germany this year, of which approximately 24,000 were Turkish.
THE PANIC BEGINS IN THE GERMANS
This number also began to scare the Germans. As a precaution, the German government made a deal with Cuba to first block arrivals from South America.
In the same way, they try to warn those who come from the Balkans, Switzerland and Eastern Europe.
Apart from this, an attempt is made to impose the condition of finding a job after a certain period of time to prevent those who come to live on state aid. Efforts have been started to take intensive measures against irregular migration and especially indirect arrivals through Turkey.
WE ARE FIRST TOGETHER WITH LEGAL MIGRATION
When asylum numbers were so high, excluding the fact that Turks came to Germany for the purpose of finding work, getting married or studying, Turkish immigration to Germany skyrocketed.
In the first half of 2023, approximately 24,000 Turks came to Germany seeking asylum, as many of them came to Germany legally. Thus, the average Turkish migration in a year is about 100 thousand.
