Wagnerian tension in Europe… They are sending soldiers to the border
After the Russian Wagner mercenary group was stationed in Belarus, Poland decided to send troops to the border.
The Polish Security Committee announced that due to Wagner’s presence in Belarus, troops will move from the west to the east of the country. “The joint exercise of the Belarusian army and Wagner is undoubtedly a provocation,” Security Committee secretary Zbigniew Hoffmann said, adding that troops deployed on the border would be tasked with preventing a possible attack.
Those who live on the Belarusian border with Poland, on the other hand, stated that they constantly heard the sound of guns and helicopters and noted that they were concerned that the war in Ukraine would spill over into Poland.
The Belarusian Defense Ministry announced yesterday that Wagner had started training Belarusian forces in the military area near the border with Poland.
